CRYOPDP Track Training app for iPhone and iPad

The objective of this app is to allow CRYOPDP providers and customer to track and ensure the traceability of the orders they have to deliver. This version is for present our application and tools and
to best satisfy the customer experience in our company.

First the customer can trigger a pick-up when is shipment is ready, he just scan the QRCode on the asset prepare for it.

The agent can view his daily tour and scan the various barcodes for a specific step of his order and thus be able to make a real-time or deferred feedback to the "Control Tower" .

The customer can follow his order in real time, control his shipment at the arrival, to get some information about the journey.

This application contains :

• User authentication by secure Web Service.
• Shipment information with QRCode scan
• Trigger the pick up of a shippment by the customer.
• Visualization of the daily tour.
• Fully disconnected use.
• Entering additional information for each scan operation.
• The ability to set a route from a present address in the tour.
• The possibility to contact by telephone a contact present in the tour.
